Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RENTAMOS.AI website (rentamos.ai) and application platform (app.rentamos.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific features or services. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RENTAMOS.AI.

Description of Service

RENTAMOS.AI is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform specifically designed for real estate professionals. Our platform provides tools for property management, lead tracking, tenant and owner communications, booking management, invoicing, financial reporting, and AI-powered automation to streamline real estate operations.

Account Registration & Responsibilities

To use RENTAMOS.AI, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying RENTAMOS.AI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• Ensuring that all information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the platform remains accurate, current, and complete.

RENTAMOS.AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information, or that violate these Terms and Conditions.

Subscription & Payments

RENTAMOS.AI offers subscription-based plans with varying features and usage limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Plans: Available subscription tiers are described on our pricing page. Features, usage limits, and pricing may vary between plans.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected during purchase. Charges are processed automatically using the payment method on file.
• Price Changes: RENTAMOS.AI reserves the right to modify pricing. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price change, which will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
• Refund Policy: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase for consideration. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter, upload, or create within the RENTAMOS.AI platform, including property listings, lead information, communications, and financial records. RENTAMOS.AI does not claim ownership of your data. We act as a data processor on your behalf and will only use your data to provide and improve our services as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon termination of your account, you may request an export of your data in a standard machine-readable format.

Acceptable Use Policy

When using RENTAMOS.AI, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Upload, store, or transmit any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other user accounts, or connected systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the RENTAMOS.AI software.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the platform without express written permission.

Service Availability & SLA

RENTAMOS.AI strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance whenever possible. We are not liable for any downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party service failures. Service credits may be issued at our discretion in the event of extended unplanned outages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship under the following conditions:

• By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• By RENTAMOS.AI: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms and Conditions, fail to make timely payments, or engage in activities that may harm the platform or its users.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination, after which your data may be permanently deleted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RENTAMOS.AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to RENTAMOS.AI during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

RENTAMOS.AI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of RENTAMOS.AI services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Valencia, Spain, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable to your place of residence.
